My approach to Physiotherapy:

Aditya likes to foster an environment which is caring and supportive for your needs is the priority. You should feel comfortable and rest assured that you are heading towards healing. Patients can expect to receive a comprehensive examination with a diagnosis and treatment plan to help them ensure a safe and sustainable return to activity.

Aditya will listen to your concerns and his expertise of musculoskeletal treatment will get you back to what you love doing most!

What to expect in your first visit?

As holistic practitioners, we take a 'whole-person' approach to consider all aspects of your health.
During the initial assessment, Aditya will ask about your past medical history, family medical history, and current symptoms to determine the cause of the pain.
You will receive hands on treatment in every session to work towards your recovery.
Our providers prefer to use their years (or decades) of expertise to feel whats going on, so we dont require any imaging, X-rays or GP referrals to begin treatment.

How to know if i need Physio or Pilates

The Physiotherapist will help determine if hands on/manual therapy will be best or pilates exercise. Typically manual therapy is best whilst you are still in pain and then a Pilates exercise treatment plan can be created for long term strengthening and rehabilitation.

What are your special interests

Karishmas special interests are treating back and neck pain, and Pre/Post Natal exercise. Her preferred treatment style is personalised Pilates treatment plans

Pilates for pregnancy/Post Partum

Pilates is an excellent option for expecting and postpartum mothers! Pregnancy changes your core muscles due to changes in weight, posture and centre of balance. Pilates is a gentle, controlled and versatile method of exercise to strengthen those core muscles. After birth Pilates is also excellent for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.

"Great physios. Very helpful with my back problems - much more knowledgeable than others I’ve seen in Melbourne."
