Remedial Massage

Remedial massage therapy is a form of musculoskeletal manipulation to bring about repair and proper function.

Your therapist will assess your pain area and discuss with you the cause. They will perform some tests to see exactly which muscles are giving you trouble and will tailor a treatment plan to suit. The treatment itself may involve deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and more. These will help increase blood flow to the muscles in order to reduce tightness.

Conditions such as lower back pain, stiff neck and shoulders, headaches, sports injuries and many more complaints can be eased with a remedial treatment.
